These are the places that I go for music. I enjoy them so much, that I thought I would share.

Last.fm (techcrunch profile)
Makes recommendations based off of the music that you listen to. Integrates with a number of audio players, including iTunes and Windows Media Player. Also streams a radio station with your recommended songs.

Pandora (techcrunch profile)
Also makes song recommendations, however it does not require any registration or downloads to use.

mp3Tunes.com (techcrunch profile)
Allows you to upload mp3 files to your “locker” therefore making them available from anywhere. Allows you to import files directly from other websites without downloading them.

Delicious has a great playTagger bookmarklet for quickly streaming mp3 files from anywhere on the web.
